- Fully Furnished Space including a desk, desk chair and 2 client chairs
- Shared access to fully stocked Coffee, Water and Tea station for you and your clients
- Shared access to the reception area, and washroom
- Internet, TMI, Hydro, Water and Bi-Weekly Deep Cleaning all included in the rent
