These two shared spaces are fully furnished and ready for you! Private to only you on your specified days, for any hours that you need. On your day, it includes:
- The ability to choose your own hours
- Fully Furnished Space including a desk, desk chair and 2 client chairs
- Shared access to fully stocked Coffee, Water and Tea station for you and your clients
- Shared access to the reception area, and washroom
- Internet, TMI, Hydro, Water and Bi-Weekly Deep Cleaning all included in the rent

Perfect for anyone in the beauty industry, as there is a small sink in this room. *Sink is not appropriate for hair stylists*

Shared Office
Currently Available: Friday
Perfect for anyone in the start up phase of their business who wants an office but doesn't want to commit to a full-time price tag.
All the items listed above, but this space also includes: One Shelf in a small Storage Cabinet (upon availability)
